How the bread gets made, and who makes it.
We mix in the evening, prove overnight and bake from very early. That is why the bread is warm when the doors open and why there is none left by the time most people think about dinner. We would rather run out than bake more than we can sell. Anything on the counter at the end of the day goes cheap rather than into a bin.
Our story
A small kitchen making bread, cakes and a short list of things we are good at. We bake to order for anything large, and whatever is left on the counter goes at the end of the day.
